Bridgewater International is headed by Anthony Chiminello who is a qualified Property Valuer and a licensed Real Estate Agent with more than 22 years experience in the property industry. Anthony has had extensive involvement in the sale of commercial, industrial, retail and residential properties.

Prior to establishing Bridgewater International, Anthony was the Investment Director of a major international property company based in Melbourne, during which time he frequently travelled to Asia and assisted many overseas investors to secure prime Australian properties.

His experience and reputation in the property industry has resulted in a number of clients utilising his skills to protect and enhance the value of their real estate holdings.

He also understands the importance of giving back to the community which has been reinforced through his involvement in assisting the establishment of a Not-for-Profit Foundation where he developed an alliance of partners and secured sponsorship for the organisation.

Anthony has a passion for self development and has coordinated staff training and positive thinking courses for local government and community groups throughout Australia and abroad.
